Atmos Energy Corporation reported fiscal year 2026 net income of $1.4 billion, or $8.49 per diluted share, for the year ended September 30, 2026, with capital expenditures of $4.2 billion and $3.8 billion in available liquidity. The company implemented $395.4 million in annualized regulatory outcomes and maintained 60% equity capitalization across its approximately 3.4 million distribution customers in eight states.
For fiscal 2027, Atmos initiated EPS guidance of $9.05–$9.25 per diluted share and capital expenditure guidance of approximately $4.5 billion, and declared a quarterly dividend of $1.09 per common share, representing a 9.0% increase in the indicated annual dividend to $4.36.
