Amphenol Corporation reported third-quarter 2026 net sales of $10.23 billion, up 65% year-over-year, and adjusted diluted earnings per share of $0.80, up 74%. For the fourth quarter of 2026, the company forecast net sales of $10.3 billion to $10.5 billion and adjusted diluted EPS between $0.81 and $0.83. Amphenol also approved a 20% dividend increase to $0.15 per share payable January 13, 2027, alongside a new three-year $4.0 billion share repurchase program effective January 1, 2027.
