Aon plc reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $4,101 million, an increase of 3% year-over-year with organic revenue growth of 6%. Diluted earnings per share rose 6% to $2.23, while adjusted earnings per share increased 10% to $3.36, and adjusted operating margin expanded 70 basis points to 27.0%. The company stated it expects its pending acquisition of USI to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
