Adobe Inc. (ADBE) appointed Anil Chakravarthy as President and Chief Executive Officer, and to its Board of Directors, effective December 1, 2026. Current CEO Shantanu Narayen will transition to Executive Chair of the Board on the same date. David Wadhwani also notified the company of his decision to step down as President, Creativity & Productivity Business, effective September 27, 2026.
